Couldn’t stress enough for those who think their work will speak volumes. Human beings are irrational animals and workplaces are full of them. 😊 2. You’re a ‘reputation manager’ - you manage your, your teams, and the organization's reputation. This part of your job profile will not be explicitly described to you but it is important. 3. Words only matter so much. Pay attention to behavior and read between the lines. Share this or like it- it may encourage someone to 👍🏼pay attention to office politics 👍🏼manage expectations 👍🏼save a job 👍🏼 Save an organisation from losing it’s good people because someone was irrationally insecure.
